Bio:

As an Adjunct Professor of Accounting and Administrator, Leona’s professional background entails providing instruction for Saint Leo University and Newberry College. She worked for more than twenty years as an Executive Administrator for Tidewater Community College and recently became the Basic Skills and Education Program Coordinator for Langley/Eustis Joint Base Command.

Leona earned all her degrees from Saint Leo University. She holds dual Bachelor’s degrees in Business Administration, one with a Specialization in Accounting and the other in Management. She also has a Master’s degree in Accounting and completed requirements for the university’s Doctor of Business Administration Program in 2025, being awarded the management doctoral degree in 2026. She’s a member of Kappa Gamma Pi, the National Catholic College Graduate Honor Society, and Omega Nu Lambda National Honor Society.

Leona is an entrepreneur and an active participant in ministry and community service. Leona served eleven years in the United States Army at Fort Eustis, Virginia, where she received three Honorable Discharges and several commendations and awards.
