Bio:

Stephanie Menefee is a certified conflict resolution practitioner with over 20 years of experience in public sector practice and leadership development. She also has extensive experience in higher education and is committed to supporting nontraditional learners and student success. Her research focuses on dispute resolution, collaboration, and creativity across in-person, virtual, and hybrid teams, with recent work examining cultures of forgiveness in virtual environments and the role of mediation in collaborative settings.
